Flarestack
Flarestack of Ht. 50,000 mts Bottom piece of Flare Stack, with dimensions of 610 mm O/D x 50 meter long, with thickness from 14 mm to 25 mm SA 516 Gr.70 plate, was manufactured under CEIL Inspection for SRU/ O & U project of IOCL, Guwahati, as per ASME - Sec VIII code of construction. Besides Designing, Manufacturing & Supplying of Shell & Tube type Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Compressor & Allied products, we have also developed Critical Items i.e. Pump Head for Lewa Pump for Department of Atomic Energy for their Baroda, Hazira & Tuticorin Plants. This item is having very high Pressure i.e. 240 Kg/cm2. We have also supplied Flair Stack (Vent Stack) to M/s IOCL - Guwahati and Vacuum Cyclone Vessel to M/s Electrotherm Machine India Ltd. The above product is one such example.
