The equipment shown weighs 15 M.T., is manufactured from 20 MM thk shell & 25 MM thk ends with dimensions of 2800 MM dia. x 10,000 MM long, as per ASME SEC VIII div I, with 100% radiography under the inspection of M/s E.I.L. for I.O.C.L. Mathura Refinery Project. Besides Designing, Manufacturing & Supplying of Shell & Tube type Heat Exchangers, we are also Designing, Manufacturing & Supplying Pressure Vessels including Air Receivers, Storage Tanks etc. from wide range of materials of Stainless Steels, Carbon Steels and Low Alloy Steel and have executed / supplied various similar products to M/s Ingersoll Rand (India) Ltd. IOCL - Panipat, Mathura, Guwahati, Gas Authority of India Ltd. and other renowned Industrial houses, under almost all the Third Party Inspection Agencies, such as EIL, PDIL, LRIS, DNV, TCE, UHDE, JH&GC, TCE. etc. The above product is one such example.
