A heavy heat exchanger weighing 14.5 mt having 1120 no.s of 1" dia tube and tube sheet thickness of 100 mm manufactured for Reliance Ind. Ltd. for their Hazira project for which design was checked by M/s Badger BV (Netherlands) and inspected by M/s Bax counsel.
The inset picture shows the pneumatic leak test for tube to tubesheet joint (under progress) of above heat exchanger.
